Several documents must be part of a driver's file according to the various Canadian and American regulations and the commitments made when you registered with the Commission des transports du Québec and the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT).
In addition, certain other documents are strongly recommended in order to qualify the safety profile of hired drivers. The same principle applies to vehicles.
